Terms and Conditions (V1.0)
Payment: The customer must pay the full amount of the detailing service upon completion. We accept cash, credit cards, and other electronic payment methods.
Cancellation policy: If the customer needs to cancel or reschedule their appointment, they must provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Failure to do so will result in a fee of 50% of the total service cost.
Liability and insurance: We carry liability insurance to cover any damages caused during the detailing process. However, we are not responsible for any pre-existing damages or issues with the customer’s vehicle.
Customer responsibilities: The customer must ensure that their vehicle is accessible and ready for the detailing service. This includes providing a clear and level area for the vehicle, access to electricity and water, and removal of any personal belongings.
Satisfaction Guarantee: We strive to provide high-quality detailing services, and we offer a satisfaction guarantee. If the customer is not satisfied with the service, they must notify us within 24 hours, and we will make every effort to address the issue.
Privacy policy: We respect the privacy of our customers and will not share their personal information with third parties without their consent. We comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the handling of customer information.
Additional terms: We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer for any reason. We may also impose additional terms and conditions, such as a minimum service charge, restrictions on certain types of vehicles or services, or limitations on the scope of the detailing work.
These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice. By booking a detailing service with us, the customer agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.
